Personal data provided by the users are used to:

  • reply to requests for information and clarifications on the services of the data processor;
  • send proposals for collaboration by the interested parties;
  • To submit an application form

Data processing is based on the consent expressed by the interested party.

Except as specified for navigation data (see cookie policy), data provision is optional.

Refusal to provide data makes it impossible to send contact requests or allow access to the private area.

Some personal data are requested as optional to provide better service and assistance in the submission phase of the application but their non-conferment does not prevent the submission of the application.

The personal data provided will be retained only for the period necessary to respond to the requests received.

2. WHAT METHODS ARE USED FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING?
Data collected is mainly processed with information technology tools. Appropriate security measures are used to prevent data loss, illegal or improper use and unauthorised access.
The Controller collects personal data through proper contact forms or data sent to the Controller via email.
Personal data are processed within the territory of the European Union.

3. WHO PROCESSES PERSONAL DATA?
Personal data are processed by internal parties authorised for processing and specifically trained, which will in any case be bound to professional secrecy and to maximum confidentiality on the same.
Personal data are processed by professionals in charge of updating and maintenance of the website, formally appointed as data controllers.

4. WHO WILL BE ALLOWED TO KNOW PERSONAL DATA?
Personal data will not be communicated to third parties or disseminated

5. THE INTERESTED PARTY IS ENTITLED TO ASK THE DATA CONTROLLER:

Access to his/her personal data The interested party can obtain confirmation that the processing of personal data concerning him/her is in progress, obtaining more information on the processing and a copy of his/her personal data.

The deletion of personal data The interested party can obtain the deletion of personal data in the cases referred to in Art. 17 of GDPR.
The restriction of processing of the personal data concerning him/her The interested party may request that the processing be limited by objecting to the deletion as data may be necessary for him/her to exercise or defend a right through legal action.
With reference to personal data processed using automated methods, the right to data portability. The interested party has the right to receive personal data in a structured format of common use given the particular nature of the personal data processed and the registration made.

Objecting to the processing of personal data

The interested party has the right to object to direct marketing at any time. This website does not profile users.

The data collected with the application form do not constitute automated profiling of the data subjects.
The gathering of information about applicants is necessary to collect applications for admission and to select the most deserving students to be admitted to Camplus Colleges.

When deciding on admissions, the assessment takes into consideration educational propensities, academic achievements and any financial needs.
No assessment takes place with automatic tools, as the evaluation of the applications is carried out only by a commission that handles them by applying principles protecting the processing of personal data.

Failure to provide data on the application form will make it impossible to evaluate candidates for admission to the university colleges of merit.
Some personal data are optional and their non-conferment still allows the application to be submitted, but it will not be possible to offer better assistance in the submission phase.
