Ho intrapreso la mia avventura in Camplus circa 15 anni fa, e nonostante i miei studi universitari fossero rivolti verso una disciplina distante da quella che ci si aspetterebbe dal mio ruolo, è stato impossibile non innamorarmi di questa realtà e crescere insieme a lei.
La cura e l'attenzione nell’indirizzare ogni studente o giovane lavoratore alla miglior soluzione abitativa, sono il mio obiettivo quotidiano, sempre nell’ottica di farli sentire a casa anche a migliaia di km da casa.
Ho la fortuna di poter organizzare e condividere attività insieme a loro e penso che questi siano dei momenti di crescita reciproca, perché confronto, scambio di idee e - a volte - anche di preoccupazioni, non possono che rendere piena, ricca e unica la permanenza in Camplus e l’esperienza da fuorisede.

I graduated in Literature. My passion for and my curiosity about meeting new people I can learn from – both in books and in real life – grew during my years at university, as well as in work experiences in the field of education.
My experience at Camplus began by welcoming new students, and has since broadened to building a Community at the residence hall.
I accompany each student during their university adventure, helping them to nurture their passions and their virtues, and to take advantage of the potential Camplus provides them to make new friends, to discuss different opinions, and to grow as people. How? I meet and listen to the students, and together we look for ways for them to develop their interests and give life to their ideas.
Simply put, the purpose of my work is to get to know each other, to grow, and to enjoy life, and the way to do so is by doing just that!

I'm graduated in Law at the Alma Mater Studiorium in Bologna with a thesis concerning institutions in the sector of defense of European Union law and I'm strongly passionate about internationality that I had the opportunity to deepen before arriving at Camplus with various study and work experiences abroad: 6 years in Paris and a semester in Brussels at the European institutions. A French-Italian native speaker and a passionate polyglot, I bring this cultural and linguistic baggage to Camplus students. Knowing the company and understanding its functioning were the inputs that, after graduation, led me to also do forensic practice, very useful for understanding and deepening 5 years of studies. It is with this technical and cultural background that I embarked on this adventure in Camplus trying, day by day, to transfer it to the training we offer to our students.

Graduated in Rome in education for educators and trainers, my interest has always been primarily aimed at the person: his interests, his passions and his growth.
I believe there is nothing more exciting than witnessing the flowering and maturation of the person and contributing so that this can happen.
In Camplus this is possible thanks to a direct and patient relationship with each student that does not exclude anything that is most important and that accompanies them silently in the short but fundamental stretch of road in which we will be companions.

I have always been characterized by a strong desire for knowledge and a passion for studying intended as a privileged door to enter more into a relationship with all of reality. I have a degree in obstetrics; Before arriving at Camplus, I had various work experiences in the hospital and in the area which, among other things, made me passionate about the relational aspect and the infinite opportunities that can emerge from caring for the relationship with others. I founded an association that deals with training and support for mothers and families, also supporting them thanks to a social network. Camplus won me over for the possibility of cultivating a personalized relationship with each student in which it is possible to grasp the need and interest on which to build a training proposal: there is no "standard mode", but everyone has their own path that it can also be of help to other students. In my experience I have learned, in fact, that cultivating the needs and passions that emerge while living is the first way to learn more about ourselves and what surrounds us.

Before even graduating in Economics, I had the opportunity to do an internship with Camplus.
It was an opportunity to get to know and deepen all the aspects related to the daily life of individual children.
Surely the strong point was that I was also a Camplus customer!
This meant that I could analyze both aspects and make the most of the customer's needs.
Among my passions, the biggest one is cooking. Every time I prepare something, the attention and care of that gesture is entirely dedicated to the guest I am about to receive.
I have found that my work is exactly the same as my passion! The care in welcoming the customer is the thing I have most at heart.
My goal is to make all our guests feel at home (outside of home) by accompanying them on their journey with us.

Graduated in foreign languages ​​and cultures for international cooperation and communication, I continued my studies with a master in Digital Marketing and Social Media Communication which allowed me to enter the world of work in that sector.
Alumna Camplus, during my university years, I had the opportunity to become passionate about the world of education and pedagogy - first of all thanks to the virtuous examples that were provided to me both by the university and by Camplus itself - which is why I also chose to date the teaching qualification.
The desire to create a professionalism that puts relationship at its center and my desire to grow and learn in a perspective of constant sharing and exchange, made me recognize in Camplus the ideal work environment to combine my aspirations.
My goal is to give students everything Camplus has given me and more. In the relationship with each of them I make my experience available to accompany and stimulate them to discover their dreams, imagining together the possible ways to make them come true.

My academic experiences (I studied Law, then went on to do a PhD and a postdoc), made me develop a passion for the world of research and teaching, in particular for students as individuals, each one of whose experiences, needs, and desires are special and unique. In my work as the Director of Camplus Bernini, personal interviews are the most important moments for me to learn about problems and challenges related firstly to a student’s studies, and secondly to each individual’s interests and aspirations. I believe that listening to and valuing personal experiences, especially positive ones, is the starting point for helping students to achieve well-rounded growth. The cultural and relational character of Camplus provides precious fertile ground for this, also when it comes to approaching employment.

I graduated in Economics at Università degli Studi di Catania, and a few months later I began to work with Camplus, overseeing the start-up of the Catania Camplus, and becoming its Director in 2005. My work is a continuous, constant dialogue and discussion with the students to encourage them, orient them, and support them in doing well at university and in putting their passions and talents to good use. I am convinced that during the years at university, students form their personalities, develop their characters, and learn a method which is useful not only for their course of study or their future job, but also to deal with reality, which is bigger than any framework, any difficulty, any idea, any plan. It is an endless mystery to be discovered.

I graduated from the University of Milan in agricultural sciences with a speciality in economics. 
I took part in an international cooperation project in a developing country, and I gained a strong sense of responsibility and passion towards people and their personal stories. 
Today I want to help and stimulate young people during the most important years of their lives, to bring out the talent that everyone can encourage. Consequently the aim is to foster the Camplus community by steadily working with young people, to adjust the circumstances that every day demand of us to step forward in order to become masters of our fates. 
All this is achieved through many different activities, courses, meetings, events that we design and build together with students, always beginning with their needs and desires.

Up to now my achievements are a secondary school leaving certificate in classical studies, a master's degree in economics and law, and a master's degree in engineering management from a technical college. I have studied many different subjects. Their common denominator is a passion for education. Before joining Camplus, I spent 9 years as the general manager of the Pellicano cooperative, which operates 3 schools and provides extra-curricular services in Bologna. I moved to Camplus because I wanted to work with youth again, instead of the purely managerial job I held. I wanted to devote myself to relating directly with young people. My goal is for everyone at Camplus to be able to discover more about themselves, about their talents, and be able to find their own way, and bring something new to the world.

After graduating in Political Science and contextual civic engagement, I was lucky enough to know, study and work on an American campus and this determined my goals.
Back in Italy, I wanted to relive that experience and I have been doing this job for 11 years! In these wonderful years I have met students of all nationalities, teachers and professionals from many prestigious Italian and foreign universities, participated in international fairs and congresses and managed various residences in Camplus.
The simplest consideration we often love to repeat to our students' parents is our full awareness that students spend more time in our realities than in their families. It is a responsibility and a beautiful challenge.
The development of a critical conscience, continuous and constant training, stimulating curiosity in everything that surrounds us are the elements that make every single day at Camplus ambitious.
Together with colleagues and collaborators we collect the numerous inputs that our students offer us. Our goal is to build a community, an open network, a laboratory of ideas, a space for creativity where everyone can cultivate their passions and ... dream.
Because "it is not true that people stop chasing dreams because they get older: they get old because they stop chasing dreams".

After graduating in modern literature, I worked in education, where I was able to develop skills as a teacher and trainer in various fields. In the meantime I obtained a research doctorate in personal training. This experience allowed me to study abroad, namely in the USA. As director of Turro Camplus College, I would like to design training courses that let each student do his/her best, both as a person and as a future professional and citizen of the world.

Graduated in Tourism Sciences, specialized in the management of tourist-accommodation SMEs. He has a wealth of experience gained in 25 years of working in different sectors and companies, first in professional training: from tutoring to design, from teaching to educational organization.
Subsequently, the transition to Hotels in the Luxury segment was a human and professional challenge: to change to give the best in what I believed in. In fact, if emotional connection, human contact and experiential realization are today the new concept of luxury, already 20 years ago I believed that the frontier of hospitality was to consider tourists not as numbers but as people, travelers to be hosted as "Friends at home of Friends ".
And this is how after various experiences in a 5 ***** L hotel between Taormina and Palermo, in 2016 I landed, as if it were a sign of destiny, in Camplus!
Here, what I previously theorized is realized: in fact, for those who work in Camplus and for the Guest who chooses us, the inclination to relationship is not just a theoretical enunciation, but a reality to be experienced.
In the years of start-up at Camplus Palermo before, and at Camplus San Pietro today, my mission has been and is to combine the commitment to achieve the economic objectives of the structure with attention to the Humanity of our Guests ( be they students, young workers or travelers).

My degree in Political Science, my training in Human Resources, and my experience abroad have been the key factors to help me do this job, which is basically a direct relationship with the students. My role, in particular, is to grow and strengthen the Milan Community through debates, courses, cultural and sporting events, and various types of activities, while interacting continuously with the students. This helps to form people who are interesting and alive, with a broad, open outlook towards reality.

Graduated in Exercise Sciences in Bologna, football coach in the youth sectors, professor of Motor Sciences, educator, great fan of Lego and motorcycling. After getting married, I finally returned to Bologna which I consider home.
Always in love with education because accompanying a person in their human growth and in the discovery of their talents is the most beautiful thing in the world. For the students these are important years, full of desires they lay the foundations for their future, they become adults and they discover their way.
From experience, in a company and with adults in front of it, this adventure is even more fascinating, which is why I decided to come to Camplus and get involved with our boys.

Graduated in Bologna in Communication Sciences and Semiotics with a master's thesis entitled "Ethno-semiotic analysis of the drugstores in the center of Bologna".
In 2016 I was elected Student Representative at the University and in 2018 I started being part of Camplus as a Tutor for students of Communication, Dams and Letters, roles thanks to which I understood how much accompanying someone on their university path can be a help not only for others, but also for me.
In recent years I have found that every reality is more compelling and meaningful if difficulties are not excluded, and that every story exists only if it starts from a desire, which can be both profound and a simple attraction towards something that intrigues.
Therefore I am available to discover over time, and together with the students, what are the desires, possibilities and difficulties to be taken into consideration in order to live fully and to leave a mark.

The best part of this job that I have been doing with passion and commitment for 15 years is that it always presents you with beautiful and ambitious challenges. I always like to talk to students and their parents, trying to convey that the meaning of our work is not to provide a simple housing service, a "roof under which to stay", but coincides with the growth of their children, with theirs. worries, their anxieties and their satisfactions. This is precisely the challenge that makes us proud. Working together, and I am referring to colleagues, the technical staff, the parents themselves, is our strength and at the same time the measure of our maturity. I close with a beautiful phrase that we love to repeat every day before we enter the residence: "getting together is a beginning, staying together is progress, working together is success".

At Camplus I want to accompany students during their university years, challenging them to grow as people and helping them to discover and cultivate skills, passions and interests, through moments of meeting and listening.

I have worked for several years in the world of international tourism, traveling and experiencing firsthand the need not to feel alien, even if only for a short time, to the place where I was, although it was different in language, habits and traditions from my home.
The degree in philosophy taught me to get to the bottom of certain questions; traveling in fact I have often wondered if it was realistic to want to "feel at home" even when you are away from home.
I think so. And in fact my task as Community Manager is precisely to try to foster this experience in each of our guests. How? By giving value and taking their requests seriously, sharing their needs and needs, but above all through a daily shared life: a concrete face that you can meet every day in the midst of your daily occupations. In my opinion, this embodies the “plus” of Camplus.
What if this desire could also be fostered by the meeting between a student and a person starting a career path, to go and discover the "thread" that binds them? Here is our challenge.

I studied Philosophy at Università di Bologna, graduating with a thesis on Husserl. My advisor was Stefano Besoli, and my paper was published in the Philosophy Department’s journal series. After I graduated, I taught philosophy in a high school for a few years, where I discovered my educational vocation. For the past 20 years, I’ve been “using” this passion of mine as the Director of Camplus College, by helping to educate university students. I help them to achieve their goals by offering them the expertise in tutoring, mentoring, coaching, and counselling that I’ve developed over the years both on the job and during training courses.
Over the past few years, I’ve discovered self-empowerment thanks to training opportunities with Massimo Bruscaglioni and Stefano Gheno. This discovery has brought new tools, methodologies, and horizons to my work, so that the students can live out their passions, discover their talents, and learn to recognise and live out their personal and professional vocation.

La realtà Camplus è una grande fonte di attrazione per me, poiché mi permette di nutrire la mia passione per l'essere umano e le storie che questo custodisce. La mia formazione, in primo luogo, si è declinata nell'indirizzo triennale di scienze della della comunicazione presso l'Università di Bologna. Una scelta che mi ha permesso di scoprire e potenziare le mie capacità comunicative. Successivamente, attraverso la laurea magistrale in arti visive, sempre presso lo stesso ateneo, ho dato espressione alla mia passione per ogni tipo di media e creazione artistica, siano essi film, fumetti, libri o quadri.

Camplus è la realtà che riesce ad unire queste due mie passioni.

Da sempre mi caratterizza una profonda passione per la conoscenza e per lo studio dell’uomo, e la formazione classica è stata occasione per approfondire da un punto di vista letterario, culturale e storico gli interessi e i desideri della persona. La partecipazione attiva alla vita universitaria e l’esperienza all’estero sono state fondamentali per scoprire quanto gli anni dell’università siano centrali per la maturazione personale, e come la relazione con l’altro svolga un ruolo chiave per la fioritura di ciascuno.

In Camplus, desidero accompagnare gli studenti in questo periodo della vita personale così arricchente e pieno di sfide, nella speranza di contribuire alla scoperta di sé stessi, delle loro passioni e dei loro talenti.

Graduated in Law, on 6 October 2020 at the Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna.
From March 2020 to October 2020 I carried out the Ante Lauream Forensic Practice at the Iuxteam Law Firm, followed by dominus Pal Farkas.
From October 2020 to October 2021 I continued and concluded the Forensic Practice at the Bolognesi firm - corporate criminal lawyers. Here I was able to work on concrete cases concerning criminal criminal law, environmental law and company law.
I participated in the drafting of criminal and civil documents, writing some of them independently and I was able to participate in court hearings, following my dominus.
What fascinated me most about working at the law firm was the deepening of the human relationship with the client and the possibility of not treating him only for the mistake made.
Hence the intuition of moving to a job that had the human relationship as a predominant part, orienting myself in particular towards the world of education.
The relationship with the students fascinates me because I think that each of them is unique and in the relationship with each of them there can be an enrichment for me.

Sono laureata in giurisprudenza, diplomata Counsellor professionista e specializzata nel campo delle risorse umane. Ho coordinato i processi HR in differenti aziende, supervisionando ed innovando le procedure di selezione del personale, analisi di clima, valutazione dei fabbisogni formativi, contrattualistica e relazioni istituzionali. Ho affinato capacità relazionali e di problem solving. Sono appassionata di P.N.L. e di comportamento organizzativo. Credo nel riconoscimento del talento come elemento essenziale per definire il proprio obiettivo professionale e mi piace pensare di condividere con ciascuno studente strumenti e metodi per poter valorizzare ogni passo all'interno di questo percorso.
